List of Checks/EFT Payments where invoice or credit memo is removed

We wanted to find out what are the checks/EFT payments from where an invoice or a credit memo has been removed. So I wrote this query. This query can give me count of invoices/credit memos along with total amount that have been paid and removed in a payment document.
