Oracle API to Delete Projects (pa_project_pub.delete_project)

I was creating oracle projects from a text file. In order to use same text file for multiple test cases, I was deleting project using Oracle Projects Form. It was little inconvenient. So I wrote this simple script to delete project. This script can be modified to select projects that need to be deleted.
